SERGE SEVY MD

I am a board-certified psychiatrist with expertise in psychopharmacology and more than thirty years of clinical experience. I completed a psychiatry residency training at the Mount Sinai Medical Center (New York, NY) and a fellowship in biological psychiatry and psychopharmacology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Bronx, NY).

My clinical experience encompasses outpatient and inpatient care. I've had several faculty positions including Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Hofstra North Shore – Long Island Jewish School of Medicine, and at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. I also have teaching and research experience including supervising psychiatric fellows, residents, and medical students and publishing in the field of mood, anxiety, psychosis, and substance use disorders.
